Protein Balls


  • 2 Cups quick cook oats

  • 1 Cup flax seeds ( ground)

  • 1 Cup chia seeds

  • 1 Cup Hemp seeds

  • 2 Cups of peanut butter

  • 1/2 Cup – 1 Cup of local raw Honey

  • 1 Cup of dark semisweet chocolate chips

  • 1 Cup of wheat germ

  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla

    img_8859Combine all ingredients into large mixing bowl. Here’s the fun part dig in and mix with hands( I wear gloves). After mixing well place mixture into refrigerator for 30 minutes. Take about 1/2 spoonful and roll into balls. Tada! Super easy protein balls. Makes about 84 balls.
