Lately it has been getting harder and harder to make my girls eat any vegetables. So instead of hiding them in their smoothies like I used to do I’ve been focusing on tying them to books! Tonight’s book was Green Eggs and Ham….. So a green smoothie was definitely in order.
•1/2 cup spinach
•1/2 cup Kale
•1 cup diced mango
•1 cup plain Greek yogurt
•1 Tablespoon raw local honey
•1 cup of water or unsweetened almond milk
•1/2 cup crushed ice
Combine all ingredients in blender and wala!!! Done.
