I am usually a skeptic when it comes to certain products but I was craving pancakes and came across a Protein pancake mix! It was definitely a welcomed surprise. I had to modify the recipe a bit since I found the first batch a bit chalky but I definitely love this last one. Hope you do as well.
2/3 P28 Chocolate Coconut Dry pancake mix
2/3 Cups of Water
1 Tablespoon PB powder
1/4 Ripe Banana
1/2 Tablespoon of Cinnamon
Dash of Turmeric
Combine pancake mix, PB powder, Cinnamon and Turmeric. Add banana and water and blend well with wire whisk. Cook in pan coated in coconut oil ( For a healthy dose of healthy fats).
