Workout Wednesday

Well this Wednesday I won’t be playing with weights or shaking my hips at a Zumba class… And that’s no lie ( oh come on that shakira reference is hilarious). I have developed quite the case of delayed onset muscle soreness. I participated in a mud run over the weekend and I really think I’ve discovered new muscles. On a scale of 1-10 with 1 being I can still do the Beto shuffle and 10 being I rather go hungry than walk to fridge… Let’s just say my tummy is rumbling! 

I decided that instead of laying around and being a couch potato I’d do a little stretching. So yoga it is!

  What do you do when you are sore? Do you rest? Hydrate? Massage? Muscles relaxers?
