TGIF well for most of you. For me friday is simply another day ( Hey, in healthcare weekends and holidays are just days). The highlight of my fridays is definitely leg day! In case you ever doubt the importance of strong legs try walking around Busch Gardens carrying around a rambunctious preschooler and a sassy toddler).What is your favorite leg day exercise? One of my all time favorites is the bodyweight single leg dead lift. Why? well It doesn’t require weights ( although I use them when available) and I can do it at home when I don’t have a sitter. I love all of the variations ( knee bent and straight leg).
