I recently purchased a tortilla bowl maker. It definitely was a great buy! If there is something that I have learned in my fitness journey is to think outside of the box! Don’t allow your meals to become boring and repetitive.That will only increase your chances of cheating.
1 whole wheat tortilla
1 cup of mixed veggies ( I used corn, bell peppers, carrots, spinach, chives and avocado)
1 cup of cooked ground turkey meat ( seasoned to taste)
Bake tortilla in tortilla bowl maker at 350 degrees for 15 minutes, combine veggies and meat in a bowl and place in tortilla bowl.Enjoy!
