You guys know I go balls to the wall with my working out. Why? well I like results and love how I feel. Just this week I squeezed in 4 days of weight training and 9 cardio sessions Zumba/running. Alas my friends life is about balance. Making time for rest and relaxation is very important for your body and your mind. Find your happy spot and skip the gym! I have ants in my pants so my idea of relaxation is simply taking a walk in the morning maybe doing some sunrise yoga. Treat yourself to a nice massage and channel your inner zen.
