Get Uncomfortable 

Yes, I said it. Push harder! Sometimes we need to get uncomfortable. Really, really uncomfortable.  It helps us grow and teaches you a lot about who you are. Whether it is in your personal life or in fitness you need to be challenged. If you aren’t getting that heart pounding, OMG I think I’m dying feeling then you aren’t working out hard enough. Sorry, I hate to be the one to tell you that simply going for a daily walk isn’t going to give you the results you are looking for ( great way to start though!). I want you to push your body. Set goals! Don’t get stuck in a monotonous workout regimen. Scared to run 3 miles? Good, it’s not meant easy. Get your butt up and run a little everyday. You might only make it 1 mile today but who cares. It’s your mile and be proud of it. Tomorrow aim for 1.5 miles. You’d be surprised what you can accomplish once you convince your mind to do it. Remember if it doesn’t challenge you it will not change you. Change is good.
