Tuesday is leg day!

So im still trying to figure out my way of going with these blogs! I am pretty new to this and I am trying to see where i want to go with these things because when i write these down I don’t approach them with a plan I just write whatever it is that im thinking. I would like to keep this more in the category of fitness and dieting because it is something that i really feel pretty passionate about but one thing that sucks is im not that strong or fit but its more of my journey and about keeping me in check because i feel like if im updating my status it motivates me too keep eating clean and keep focusing on my workouts!!
