Sweet dreams…..

“Parting is such sweet sorrow, that I shall say goodnight till it be morrow”

Like most people I know a good nights sleep is nothing but wishful thinking. Establishing a bed time routine is essential to achieving the rest you need. Start winding things down an hour earlier. My routine goes like this….. Tuck my littles ones in, stretch it out ( bedtime yoga), make some yummy tea with a little raw honey, light some candles and grab a book or easily listening music. Quiet your mind…….. Meditate. What’s your bedtime routine?
